IF YOU REQUEST TO RETURN A PRODUCT AND
GET A REFUND, WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COSTS
WHEN RETURNING IT?

a. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so that we can solve the problem. We hope that every purchase fully meets expectations and promises. For returns in this case, we will pay the return shipping fee. If you want to return multiple items, please return them together to enjoy a free return of all items. If you return the goods separately, you may have to pay additional shipping costs.
b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it, you will need to bear the postage.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:

– Before returning or exchanging an item, please send us an email and please provide the return tracking number from your receipt.

– Your item must be in good condition and show no signs of depreciation.

– Keep the original packaging in the same condition as it was received. Include all tags and boxes.

– Send an email with the original receipt and return tracking number to service@jewelleryconsumer.com.

PLEASE ATTENTION:

Website reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. We will send rejected items back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and it can take up to 5 business days to process it, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
